> Hope you all are staying warm in frigid Michigan! Sorry I didn’t get this out on Monday as usual, but I am in training all week, so my schedule is a bit off. Today (Wed.) we have our regular communication – dinner at 6pm and open at 7pm. We will open on the EA degree to give our newly made brothers a chance to see how we conduct our business. Next Wednesday (2/19) is Temple Board, and 2 weeks from today (2/26) is our FC degree. This will be a Red Coat degree and we will pass 3 brothers. >

> This is an exciting week, as we will conduct our first EA degree of the year. This degree will be put on by our Past Masters and we will have one candidate. Our Chamber of Reflection will be ready and it will be the first time we have used that part of the ceremony. Next week we will do another EA degree put on by our own officers for 2 candidates (separately of course). Coming up soon is our first Euchre tournament of the year – first Wednesday in February. Also, I am planning on visiting the Flat Rock lodge tonight for their FC degree. Anyone wishing to car pool, just meet at the temple at 6:30 – we’ll leave at 6:45. They open at 7:30pm. Recap: >

> I hope you are enjoying a nice white New Year’s Day! I just wanted to remind all the brothers that this Saturday is our Country Breakfast from 7-10am. Also, while we’re on the topic of breakfast, since the floors in the fellowship area were refinished last week, we need to move the tables and chairs back into place. Since today would have been our normal day for fellowship, and an opportune time to perform this task, might I suggest that we move our fellowship to tomorrow evening at 6:00 so we can move the tables, and compare the ugly sweaters that we got for Christmas? The coffee is on me!! Hey, and if you want to get rid of some of those Christmas cookies, bring them along too. >

Just a reminder that tomorrow night (Wednesday) is our Lodge’s Euchre Tournament.Everyone is welcome to come up to the Lodge for some Fellowship and join in on the fun. This is not limited to just our membership. If you know of someone that would like to join in the festivities, they are welcome to attend.

Cost: $10.00 per player

This Saturday is our monthly Country Breakfast – 7:00 to 10:00 A.M. – Open to Everyone
